Trailside Café – Exciting Updates for Summer 2026!

Summer hours will be 8am-8pm Daily.
The Trailside Cafe is excited to present Trailside Street Kitchen, our mobile food stall available for festivals, events, and catering. We will be launching the Trailside Street Kitchen at Chickenstock Music Festival June 11-13! The Trailside Street Kitchen will specialize in gourmet deviled egg flights and will be home of the “EGG BOOTH” for Chickenstock. We will also be offering additional lunch options and can customize our menu for any event. Please reach out to [email protected] for any inquiries regarding the Trailside Street Kitchen.
This summer at the cafe, we will continue offering our gourmet boxed lunches for large groups, which have been a great option for tour operations. We’ll also be adding housemade pastries this summer, along with bringing back several favorites and introducing some new menu items. Weekly specials and soups will continue to be a Trailside staple and we will be making some of our breads in- house this summer. We’re excited to keep working with some great local companies like Kahiltna Birchworks and Dead Hopper Roastery, and we’ll be incorporating more of those local touches into the menu.
As always, our online app will be available for ordering ahead and receiving rewards and discounts.
