The Trailside Cafe at Mile 73 is a seasonal take out destination located at the Alaska Dog Center in Willow, Alaska, the mushing capitol of the world. The Trailside is open from mid May through September. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week with mobile orders welcome. Join us year round for family friendly sled dog tours right here near the Trailside Cafe at our “SuperDog” sled dog tour compound.

The Trailside Cafe @ Mile 73 offers delicious sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, smoothies, desserts, and more!  Stop by and check out the new additions to the menu for summer and download our app to order ahead while you are at it.  Located at the Alaska Dog Center, customers are able to meet and pet sled dogs at the cafe, and even take a summer kennel tour starting at just $49.  Once again we will be offering weekly specials, house made soups, and of course Aunt Myrna’s delicious cakes and cheesecakes for dessert.  We are excited for another beautiful summer and look forward to seeing you at the Trailside.
